Dmitry Mazurov was born on January 25, 1976.
In 1993, he graduated from Physics and Mathematics School No. 131 in Kazan.
Upon graduation from the Kazan State University with radio physics as his major subject, Dmitry Mazurov worked for Nizhnekamskneftechim (Tatarstan) and within a few years took an office of Deputy Director of the Kazan Office of Nizhnekamskneftechim.
In 2002, Dmitry Mazurov became a founder of Neftegazochimicheskiye Technologii (NGChT), a Moscow based company, which formed the basis for operations and development of New Stream Group. In 2002 – 2006, NGChT was engaged in the supplies and processing of gas at Tuymazy Gaz Processing Plant, Kazanorgsintez and Nizhnekamskneftechim and supplies of natural gas to ITERA Group, as well as in trading of gas condensate from BG Karachaganak, an international company, with its further processing at the Bashkir plants, and in the supplies of oil products to the Russian market.
In June 2004, Dmitry Mazurov became a founder of Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC (renamed to Antipinsky Oil Refinery JSC in October 2015) and, jointly with Gennady Lisovichenko, proceeded with construction of the plant; the first workflow stage was launched already in November 2006. Later on, with Antipinsky Oil Refinery as a base asset and upon foundation and start of the operations of New Stream Trading AG, a Swiss trading company, New Stream Group was completely formed. Currently, New Stream Group undergoes large-scale structural changes to form its vertically integrated structure and take its niche on the energy market.
At present, Mr. Mazurov is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Antipinsky Oil Refinery JSC and President of New Stream Group. His area of responsibility includes development and implementation of corporate internal and external business strategies and investment policies as well as setting corporate strategic priorities.
