Antipinsky Oil Refinery Ranked 15th in Net Profit Rating List of Major Urals Companies

Specialists of the FederalPress publicity and information agency have drawn up a rating list regarding net profit indices of major companies of the Urals over the year 2012. According to the results of research Antipinsky Oil Refinery has been ranked 15th.

The rating list has been prepared in reliance on the data of the Federal State Statistics Service and Federal Tax Service. As many as 20 major enterprises of the Urals Federal District selected on the basis of their 2012 net-profit indices have been included in the research. Among such enterprises are those which have been established and achieved high performance indices on the territory of the Urals, as well as those which progressed to the federal level.

In addition to statistical data information about the projects and programs in which companies make investments is disclosed in the rating list. It makes it possible to fairly analyze the role of corporate-rating participants at the level of Russian national economy.

In particular, Yuri Batenkov, General Director of Transneft’s subsidiary Sibnefteprovod OJSC, mentioned that executives of Antipinsky Oil Refinery had proposed to Transneft to sell its little used oil pipeline in order to operate it for pumping light fuel to the Kurgan Region and then to the system of product pipelines. Currently Antipinsky Oil Refinery is dynamically developing, producing Euro-4 diesel fuel, and by the end of 2013 it is to begin the production of gasoline. Besides, the installation of the main technological equipment of ELOU-AT-3 unit with the annual capacity of 3.7 million tons is nearing completion at Antipinsky Oil Refinery. At the end of 2014 the diesel fuel hydrotreating unit will be put into operation what will make it possible to improve its quality as required by Euro-5 standards. One more year later the refinery plans to swell the processing depth up to 94% due to the building of a tar carbonization unit, and in 2016 it is to transfer to the production of Euro-5 high-octane gasoline.
