Alexander Shvetsov, a specialist of Antipinsky Refinery, the main production asset of New Stream Group
, took part in a meeting with the Governor of Tyumen Region Vladimir Yakushev during the ceremonial honouring of the winners of the federal contest "Glory to the Man of Labor".
The reception of the head of the region was organized for the 35 prize-winners of the professional skills competition held annually in three stages: at enterprises, in the entities of the Russian Federation, and in the Ural Federal District. This year, 235 people from Kurgan, Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk and Tyumen Regions, as well as from Yamalo-Nenets and Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrugs took part in the competition.
The governor talked with the finalists of the competitions in an informal atmosphere and pointed the importance of the event.
Antipinsky Refinery professional, Alexander Shvetsov, who ranked first in the Best Instrumentation and Automation Fitter category, said that he took part in the competition for the first time, and still managed to reach the final. 'I am very contented with the result. For me, this is not just a personal achievement, but the win of the entire plant,' said Alexander Shvetsov.
