Rescuers of Antipinsky Refinery have been certified to carry out gas rescue work

The rescue service of Antipinsky Refinery, the main production enterprise of New Stream Group, has been successfully certified at the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation to carry out gas rescue work.

The Volunteer Emergency Response Team (VERT) of the refinery was attested in several stages, including assessment of the service specialists' knowledge and skills, documentation revision and testing the equipment level and condition for compliance with modern requirements and state standards.

The Volunteer Emergency Response Team of Antipinsky Refinery consists of the enterprise's current employees. The service focuses on rescue operations related to accidents management at hazardous production facilities of the refinery, as well as first-aid treatment. In total, the service includes 38 people.

Earlier in 2017, the rescuers of Antipinsky Refinery were also certified to conduct search and rescue operations. As part of the training course, the response team specialists completed training in clearing the debris technique, providing first aid, and also gained skills in working with emergency rescue equipment and tools.

VERT of Antipinsky Refinery is one of the most professional and trained rescue teams in Tyumen Region. The refinery response team took first places at the regional EMERCOM contest "The Best Condition of the Voluntary Emergency Rescue Team".
