Dear friends, esteemed colleagues!
We wish you a happy New Year and merry Christmas from the bottom of our hearts!
We are expressing our sincere gratitude to all Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s employees for the enormous amount of work enabling the company to attain high performance results.
It is thanks to your perseverance, team spirit and professionalism that we were able to achieve one of the company’s strategic development goals – launching of secondary oil refining processes at our enterprise.
We have successfully completed the construction of the second stage of Workflow III and commissioned our diesel fuel hydrotreating unit with the capacity of 3 M tons per annum. Thus, the refinery built from scratch in a short time started the production of Euro-5 compliant diesel fuel.
Moreover, we have completed and commissioned an LPG production shop intended for the storage and shipment of PA, PBA and PBT commercial-grade liquefied motor gases. These products are in demand in the internal market, so we are planning to increase output of these products in the future.
To meet the need to expand traffic and carrying capacity of railway tracks, we have commissioned a new receiving and shipment yard for dark petroleum products of about 6 km long. The new railway tracks will be used to ship the products obtained from the elemental sulfur production unit and fuel oil deep conversion unit.
However, this is not an exhaustive list of Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s 2015 production achievements. As of today, we have completed the installation of our fuel oil vacuum distillation unit and scheduled pre-commissioning works on it for as early as the beginning of 2016. The commissioning of the fuel oil deep conversion unit will enable the refinery to reach today’s greatest possible refining depth of 97%.
Another important stage in the refinery’s development was the upgrading of ELOU AT-3 oil refining unit enabling the increase in the unit throughput capacity from 3.7 M to 5 M tons. Thus, as of today, the Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s total capacity comes to over 9 MTPA being 20 times higher than the capacity of the refinery's Workflow Stage I launched in 2004.
The coming year will demand maximum concentration of efforts, a clear focus and commitment from all of us. May the new year bring good luck, joy and happiness to your homes, confidence in your own strengths and the support of your colleagues who will always come to your help in a difficult moment for the sake of our common cause.
