Antipinsky Refinery, the basic production asset of New Stream Group
, has begun to modernize the system for chemically treated water (CTW) supply to the production facilities of the enterprise.
As part of the project to increase the water treatment equipment capacity, additional pumps will be installed which will enable the enterprise to increase the total capacity of the filtration unit pumping system threefold: from 200 m3/h to 600 m3/h.
In addition, a 1000 m3 tank for chemically treated water storage will be installed in the water supply shop, which, if necessary, will provide the plant with CTW reserve for a period of 6 to 10 hours.
The water supply system modernization will include the upgrade of the utility water pipeline to pump increased volumes of chemically treated water. As a results, the CTW feed will be doubled: from 100 m3/h to 200 m3/h.
Modernization of the equipment and water supply networks of the workshop is carried out, among other things, to meet the needs of the high-octane gasoline production unit (CHOGPU). Work on the integration of UWWB into the overall infrastructure of the plant is carried out simultaneously with the final stage of installation of the plant.
