New Stream Group has completed construction and commissioning of a 20-storey building, employer-rented housing for Antipinsky Refinery workers. In October, more than 100 young professionals - Antipinsky Refinery employees - were given their keys to new apartments.
The construction was fully funded by Antipinsky Refinery at all stages. Erection of the main structural parts of the building, masonry, roofing, MEP facilities, interior finishing were provided by professionals of TEHINZHSTROY Construction Company, a member of New Stream Group.
The new 152 apartments housing development is located in Tyumen, in the microdistrict of Tura. TEHINZHSTROY has performed landscaping and gardening in the area adjacent to the house territory.
Parking lot is at a walking distance from the building. In addition, Antipinsky Refinery management has rendered assistance to the Master Developer in completion of water supply networks construction.
In the nearest future a kindergarten and a school construction will start by the house, stipulated for by the urban development plan of Tyumen.
As the President of New Stream Group Dmitry Mazurov said, taking into use of an apartment building is one of the stages of Antipinsky Refinery employer-rented housing program. 'We are fully aware of the responsibility for creating favorable working conditions and social security of our employees. After all, one's own housing means, in the first place, stability and confidence in the future,' said Dmitry Mazurov.
