The main production asset of New Stream Group, Antipinsky Refinery, has implemented the project of residual refinery products (RRP) acceptance from Mariysky Refinery, one of the largest enterprises of Mari El Republic, member of New Stream Group.
The project included commissioning and automation of high-viscosity oil products heating and discharging rack at Antipinsky Refinery. The rack consists of 14 heating and discharging modules including a complex process piping. All units enable both lower and upper RRP heating. Besides, one of the modules is equipped with a system for pumping out through the filler, which facilitates heating and unloading different types of tank cars.
The rack was designed by the Design and Engineering Department of Antipinsky Refinery while construction was the responsibility of TEHINZHSTROY Construction Company, a member of New Stream Group.
As a result, the Refinery receives up to 720 ths. tons of RRP (residual oil and tar) per year from Mariysky Refinery for further treatment in a combined two-section atmospheric residue deep conversion unit commissioned at Antipinsky Refinery in September, 2016.
