The basic production asset of New Stream Group
– Antipinsky Refinery – in March 2017 showed an increase in key performance indicators by an average of 27% compared to the same period last year.
As of this March, Antipinsky Refinery increased Euro-5 diesel fuel production by 38% compared to the same period last year: from 161.8 thousand tons to 221 thousand tons.
Also, in March 2017, liquefied hydrocarbon gas production increased by 28% (from 1.8 thousand tons in 2016 to 2.3 thousand tons this year). In addition, in March, the output of straight-run gasoline increased by 16%: from 95 thousand tons to 110 thousand tons.
Last month, Antipinsky Refinery produced 2.3 thousand tons of technical granulated sulfur whereas in March of last year the production volume was 560 tons.
During the first quarter of 2017, the total throughput was tending to increase, thus, in March, the throughput was 616 thousand tons, whereas in January it was 610 thousand tons, and in February - 578 thousand tons. The throughput in March 2017 slightly decreased compared to the same period in 2016 (668 thousand tons), while the plant received 30,000 tons of third party fuel oil residue for conversion. Such a decrease in volumes is accounted for by production optimization, cost reduction and increased conversion rate that occurred in 2016 as a result of commissioning of the atmospheric residue deep conversion unit.
