Antipinsky Oil Refinery increased the light oils production volume by 22% in June of 2017

Antipinsky Oil Refinery, the main productive asset of New Stream Group, showed an increase of the light oils production by 22% in June of the current year compared to the same period of 2016.

In the last month the total volume of the produced light oils was 371 thousand tons, whereas in June of the last year it was at the level of 288 thousand tons. In the reporting period of 2017, the output of directly distilled gasoline increased almost by 30% from 88 thousand tons up to 124 thousand tons.

Also a positive dynamics is being kept in the production of Euro-5 diesel fuel (DF): in June of 2017 Antipinsky Oil Refinery produced 201 thousand tons of DF, which is 3% more than in the same period of the last year. The production of technical gas granulated sulfur increased by 68%: from 745 tons in the last year up to 2.3 thousand tons in June of the current year.

Moreover, in June of 2017 the plant processed 40 thousand tons of coke (the delayed coking unit was put into service in autumn of 2016), as well as 2.9 thousand tons of liquefied hydrocarbon gases.

In 2017, Antipinsky Oil Refinery retained a trend for increase of oil products production volume at cost saving and manufacturing optimization. Thus, the total volume of crude oil refining in the reporting period was 642 thousand tons, which is 3% less than the last year’s indicator – 660 thousand tons. Launch of the Atmospheric Residue Deep Conversion Unit allowed Antipinsky Oil Refinery abandon expensive variant of the crude oil supply by rail and start using atmospheric residue supplied by subcontracted companies as a raw material.
