Antipinsky Refinery completes commissioning work at a new auto-loading point

Antipinsky Refinery (managed by JSC New Stream) has started the final stage of commissioning at the loading station of the plant’s products in automobile tanks. The new facility will increase the turnover of petroleum products from 720 thousand tons per year to 1.68 million tons per year.

At the facility site, work was completed on the installation of five islands of loading for the shipment of high-octane gasolines of the AI-95 and AI-92 grades and diesel fuel of the Euro-5 quality standard. Currently, the infrastructure of the loading station is being prepared and the automated process control system is being set up.

In addition, the construction of a new parking area of 1500 m2 for tankers awaiting shipment of products was completed.

In the future, it is planned to connect the facility to the projected installation for the recovery of gasoline vapors, which will allow to catch vapors during shipment of petroleum products by road and rail, as well as during the operation of the tank farm.

At the moment, the project of building a new loading station has been completed by 85%, the completion of commissioning is scheduled for mid-November 2018. After commissioning of the facility, it will work simultaneously with the current loading point.
