Antipinsky Refinery, New Stream Group's base production enterprise, at year-end 2017, increased its operating highlights by an average of 8% as compared to 2016.

According to the results of the past 12 months, the refinery produced 3.8 mln tons of light oil products, which is 9% more than in 2016 (3.5 mln tons). Besides, in the reporting period, straight-run gasoline production increased by 12% - 1.33 mln tons, while a year earlier it was 1.19 mln tons. In 2017, 2.4 million tons of Euro-5 diesel fuel was produced, which is 5% more than the same indicator in 2016 (2.29 million tons).

Due to the increased capacity of the diesel hydrotreater and the operation of the atmospheric residue deep conversion unit over the past year (put into operation in September, 2016), sulfur production increased significantly in 2017 - by 70% compared to the previous year: from 14.85 thousand tons to 25.1 thousand tons.

The total output of petroleum coke in 2017 amounted to 419 thousand tons, liquefied petroleum gases - 28.5 thousand tons.

Last year, Antipinsky Refinery processed 7.4 mln tons of raw materials. A slight decrease in the total refining volume in comparison with the previous year (7.8 mln tons in 2016) is due to the cost reduction program, as well as to the refusal from a more costly variant of oil supply to the plant - by rail.

In 2018, the main event for Antipinsky Refinery will be the industrial operation of the AI-92 and AI-95 high-octane gasoline production unit, which is scheduled for commissioning in the second quarter of this year. Besides, the nearest plans include further modernization ofthe refinery production facilities and an increase in the capacity of the oil pipeline in 2019.
