On September 5, the Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s employees received congratulations on their professional holiday – Oil, Gas and Fuel Industry Employee Day – and the best of them received well-deserved awards.
Тhe festive ceremony held in the refinery’s central production site was opened by Vadim Shumkov, Deputy Governor of the Tyumen Region, Director of the Department for Investment Policy and State Support of Entrepreneurship of the Tyumen Region. He congratulated the refinery’s employees emphasizing their sizable contribution to the enterprise construction and development and presented them with a Certificate of Appreciation from the RF Ministry of Energy and Recognition Notes from the Ministry of Energy and the Governor of the Tyumen Region.
A certificate of Appreciation from the Governor of the Tyumen Region was awarded to the Gennady Lisovichenko, Director General of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC for his significant contribution to the development of oil and gas industry and high professionalism.
Congratulations were also extended by Vladimir Ulyanov, deputy of the Tyumen Regional Duma, Deputy Chairman of the Tyumen Regional Duma Committee on State-building and Local Governance, and Andrei Golous, Deputy Head of the Tyumen City Administration, who awarded the best employees Letters of Recognition and Certificates of Appreciation from the Tyumen Regional Duma. Notable was statement made by Vladimir Ulyanov that the Antipinsky Oil Refinery is the talisman of the new economy of the southern part of the Tyumen Region.
On the eve of the refinery’s professional holiday, Dmitry Mazurov, Chairman of the Board of Directors awarded Letters of Recognition and Certificates of Merit to the company’s top performing employees. According to him, the commissioning of deep processing units next year will put the Antipinsky Oil Refinery on a par with all commercial oil refineries in this country.
In his congratulatory speech addressed to the refinery’s employees, Gennady Lisovichenko, Director General of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC noted: “The company’s production base is expanding from year to year, the number of employees is growing, and it gives me joy to watch us become a closer-knit and a stronger team. As of today, we are more than two hundred professionals, shoulder to shoulder building our common future, the future of our refinery. The work done by each of you is valuable and important. Thank you for your diligence, dedication and sincere participation.”
It has become a good tradition with the refinery to offer the floor to the employees. This year, Anton Ossipov, Grade 5 Laboratory Assistant with the Control Laboratory under the refinery’s Central Laboratory spoke on behalf of the employees. He thanked the refinery’s management for high appreciation of the employees’ work and the confidence afforded him emphasizing that the employees of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery are motivated to achieve higher results on an ongoing basis.
Letters of Recognition, Recognition Notes, Certificates of Appreciation and cash bonuses were awarded to 35 refinery employees.
