The Antipinsky Oil Refinery ranked first in the Business (Industry) category of Tverdye Znaki Rating compiled by the information center of Kommersant-Ural Publishing House. The rating is based on the 2015 citation index of companies and individuals in the most reputable and high-ranking mass media whose materials are publicly available. The sources include Russian-language international and federal TV channels, information agencies, newspapers and Internet resources, such as TASS, Interfax, ВВС, Echo of Moscow, Vedomosti, Kommersant, Rosbalt and other sources.
The rating calculations took into account the number of citations subject to limitations as to the number of websites and search time, as well as the sum of citations on local Tyumen and Tyumen Region websites. The rating focused on events with neutral and positive contexts only.
The Antipinsky Oil Refinery led the top three companies in the Business (Industry) category with 5.98 citation index. It was followed by RN-Uvatneftergaz with the citation index of 5.49 and MC-Bauchemie LLC with 3.91 citation index.
The Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s top position is to a great extent attributable to the news of the completion of Stage 2 of the refinery’s Workflow Phase III which culminated in the commissioning of the diesel fuel hydrotreating unit with the capacity of up to 3 million tons per annum enabling the refinery to start manufacturing diesel fuel meeting the highest Euro-5 compulsory standard.
The rating’s other categories include “Science” (with Tyumen Technopark at the top), “Business (Consumer Market”) (with Tyumen Broiler at the top), “Sports” (with Evgeny Garanichev at the top), “Culture” (with Tobolsk Historical and Architectural Museum Reserve) and “Our People out There” (with Anton Shipulin at the top).
