The inspection commission of the refinery shareholders visited the site and examined the construction process. 

March 8, 2006

Tyumenpropmstroi Construction Company started the construction of railway lines jointly with RZhD (Russian Railways).

March 22, 2006

Unique Indian boiler equipment which has no Russian analogues was delivered to the refinery’s site. 

April 17, 2006

A flare separator and a flare boom were assembled. 

April 21, 2006

The works on the construction of railway dead-ends and the installation of the metal structures of railway tank filling racks were completed. 

April 28, 2006

Steam boilers were assembled. The binding of industrial pipelines began. 

June 14, 2006

Technical conditions of connecting Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC to the pipeline with the volume of 1,700 thousand tons p.a. have been agreed with Transneft JSC.

July 25, 2006

An official ceremony on the occasion of completing construction works and transfer to commissioning was held. Governmental authorities, staff members of the refinery, management company, business and banking structures took part in the abovementioned event.

September 30, 2006

The birthday of Antipinsky Oil Refinery: the first day of the refinery’s exploitation in a test mode dedicated to the visit of governor V. V. Yakushev of the Tyumen Region.

October 18, 2006

The official delegation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands headed by ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary Jan Paul Dirkse visited the refinery.

November 02, 2006

Approval of the authorities of the city of Tyumen has been obtained for commissioning the completed capital construction facility.

November 24, 2006

Business meeting was held with the chief executive of the Sverdlovsk Railways Mr. Shaidullin. The issues of developing approach railway lines to the territory of the refinery have been discussed at the meeting.
