Over the first six months of 2011 Antipinsky Oil Refinery processed 1.34 million tons of oil. This fact was stated at a press conference by Vladimir Vaganov, head of Subsoil Management Division and Fuel and Energy Complex of the Subsoil Management and Ecology Department of the Tyumen Region.
He emphasized that nowadays the oil refining industry of the region is gaining momentum on the basis of Antipinsky Oil Refinery. As of today the production capacity of the refinery amounts to 4 million tons.
“The oil refinery is rapidly developing. Design works have begun on the construction of the third-phase facilities with the capacity of up to 7 million tons p.a. including secondary refining processes, i.e. hydrocracking, dewaxing, production of coke. Plans are also on place for the construction of the fourth-phase facilities what will make it possible to provide the region with high-grade quality fuel of Euro-4 and Euro-5 standards by 2016-2017,” explained Vladimir Vaganov
According to him currently the refinery produces directly distilled gasoline, 3 varieties of diesel fuel (winter, winter with additives, and winter by GOST national standard), residual oil.
