Yesterday, on September 8, a regular meeting titled “Modernization In Action” organized by the Tyumen regional “Delovaya Russia” department was held. Antipinsky Oil Refinery hosted entrepreneurs and executives of enterprises on its industrial territory. Not only members of the regional department of “Delovaya Russia,” but also some other entrepreneurs and even representatives of state authorities took part in the round-table discussion.
The organizers of the event conducted an excursion for their guests around the industrial territory of the refinery. Deputy General Director Aleksandr Ugryumov told the visitors about specific features of production on basic sites. He touched upon the issues of labor organization at oil refineries, dwelled on requirements imposed on the level of qualification of professionals and workers. General Director of Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC Gennady Lisovichenko told those present at the round-table meeting in the office building of the refinery about the history of the enterprise, the problems which it had faced.
In addition to that the refinery’s CEO pointed out that special attention is paid here to environmental issues. In the near future it is planned to spend one and a half million rubles for sewage treatment facilities of the third phase. By 2015 the refinery intends to master the production of gasoline of no lower than Euro-3 quality standard and by 2016 organize the production of fourth-class gasoline, complete the construction of the third phase.

It means much to me since I intend to cooperate with this enterprise and now I understand how important well-coordinated work is. I am grateful to “Delovaya Russia” for this project and I think that it is very useful for entrepreneurs of various industrial areas,” said Viktor Frolov, Director of Tyumenskie Motorostroiteli Management Company LLC.
