Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s Phases I and III Seven Years apart

29.01.2014

Tyumen is about to celebrate the official launching of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s Workflow Phase III. The ceremony will be attended by Sergei Naryshkin, Chairman of the RF State Duma, Vladimir Yakushev, Tyumen Region Governor, Dmitry Mazurov, Chairman of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s CJSC Board of Directors, and Gennady Lisovichenko, Director General of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery.

The 7 years that have passed since the commissioning of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s Workflow Phase I have already become history for the refinery. The enterprise is unique in that it is the only private oil refinery to have been built in the last 30 years, whose capacity will reach 7.5 million tons of oil per annum as early as by the end of 2014. The quality of its products will meet Euro-5 standard (diesel fuel from 2014 and gasoline from 2016) and the refining depth will be increased up to 94% (in 2015).

Moreover, the Antipinsky Oil Refinery is the only commercial-scale oil refinery in the Tyumen Region and the Urals Federal District, it is advantageously located and connected to Transneft trunk pipelines with a total capacity of 6 million tons per annum.

We would also like to add that the Antipinsky Oil Refinery has the facilities to sell fuel to other enterprises ex-refinery by loading it into small 5 – 30-ton tank trucks.
