Governor of Tyumen Region Sergei Sobyanin Saw Antipino Refinery Being Constructed

15.08.2005

After visiting the oil refinery in Antipino the regional leader gave instructions to consider the allotment of additional land areas for the refinery’s construction. An extra land plot will be necessary for the industrial complex development, that is, the set up of an oil loading terminal and laboratory. According to the governor’s opinion for this purpose it will be required to revise the design documentation. The estimated capacity of the refinery is 1 million 100 thousand tons. According to Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s General Director Gennady Lisovichenko the enterprise will achieve such turnover after commissioning its first and second-phase facilities. In compliance with the project the refinery will produce diesel fuel of two brands, gasoil and tar. It should be noted that most of gasoil and tar will be supplied outside the region to roof-felt producing plants, whereas the diesel fuel will be sold within the region.
