July

    A meeting of the Сouncil of Employees was held on July 22 to review the applications of the heads of Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s organization departments for awarding the Company employees with a Letter of Thanks of the Tyumen Administration on occasion of the Day of the Employees of the Oil и Gas Industry. Awardees were chosen and approved at the meeting.

    In July, the Motivation Committee was formed. The following persons from the Council of Employees are members of the Motivation Committee: Gunbin A.V., Paltusov S.V., Somov P.V., Grin T.V., Aliev S.G.O., Shcherbakova E.A., Geinz N.G. Chastukhina E.V. was appointed secretary of the committee. At the meeting of the committee which took place on July 28, candidatures of the best employees were chosen and approved to be placed onto the updated Honors Board. It will be opened on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Antipinsky Oil Refinery.

    The Cultural Affairs Committee of the Council of Employees continued its effective work. On July 2, the traditional fishing competitions among the employees of Antipinsky Oil Refinery were held at the Chikcha channel. Total 14 participants took part in the event. The winners were given thematic prizes of value.

    On July 9, two teams (6 persons in each) from Antipinsky Oil Refinery took place in the large-scale “Steel Temper” extreme race round the Krugloye Lake. Our teams overcame the difficult 8-km route with excellent results.

    The members of the Committee commenced preparations for the Colorfest (Colors Holy) for children of the employees of Antipinsky Oil Refinery. A contract for purchase of paints for the Colorfest is under approval. The exact date of the event will be determined in August.

    On July 21 and 22, the Sports Committee arranged for table tennis completions. The winners among the men and the women were determined based on the results of their performance.

    On July 16, paintball completions among the employees of Antipinsky Oil Refinery were held by the Youth Committee at the “Prud Lesnoy” Recreation Center. 150 participants and fans took part in the event.

June

    The inspection of the working conditions in Products Shop No. 4 initiated and supported by the Health, Safety and Social-Economic Committee was completed on June 11, 2016. No non-compliances have been identified during the inspection.

    Major repair works were done on the former administrative building, namely: arrangement of additional changing and locker areas with showers for the organisation departments: Mechanical Repair Shop, Heat and Gas Supply Shop, Refinery Processing Shop No. 1, and Water Supply and Removal Sop No. 5; repairs of the corridors, staircases, mess and checkpoint. The facility is scheduled to be put into service in July 2016.

    On June 15, 2016, a meeting of the members of the Council of Employees was held. The attendees reviewed the proposals of the heads of the Company organisation departments on awarding the employees with the Letter of Thanks signed by the Administration of the City of Tyumen on occasion of the Day of Tyumen. The members of the Council of Employees voted for three employees of Antipinsky Oil Refinery to be awarded with the Letter of Thanks.

    The Council of Employees continued to take active part in the preparation and holding of the “The Best in the Profession” contest. A contest for the processing unit repairmen was held on June 6, 2016. The results of the contest in 6 professions were announced on June 10, 2016. The nominees were awarded diplomas and commemorative medals. The winners receive a bonus of 15 000 rubles for the first place, 10 000 rubles for the second place and 5 000 rubles for the third place. Besides, a wage markup for the mastership is established in accordance with the Contest regulations for a period of one year.

    The contest committee headed by the chairman of the Council of Employees, Alexander Gunbin, nominated the following persons as The Best in the Profession:

    The Sport Committee and the Culture Committee continued active collaboration and sponsored the following events:

    • “My Mother, Father And Me - We Are A Sporting Family” event was held in the territory of the “Zdorovye (Health)” on the occasion of the Children’s Day on June 4, 2016. Over 15 families took part in the event;
    • On June 12, 2016, the team of Antipinsky Oil Refinery took part in the Race of Heroes. The team members competed on a par with the professional teams and came in seventh from 20. The team consisted of 10 employees of Antipinsky Oil Refinery;
    • On June 20-24, 2016, the members of the committees collected applications for the IV Field-and-Track Race “Borovsky Semi-Marathon Race – the 77th Anniversary of the Settlement of Borovsky”. The race took place on June 26, 2016. Alexander Emelyanov from the team of Fire Station No. 1 was the best in the 21 km distance race.

    The Council of Employees continued to accept applications for “Antipinsky Oil Refinery – Round the World” Contest. Another five employees of Antipinsky Oil Refinery presented their photographs for the contest in June 2016.

May

  1. With the support of the Health, Safety and Social-Economic Committee, the extensive works were performed on arrangement of additional changing and locker areas with showers in the former administrative building: the contracting company TEKHINZHSTROY LLC made repair, replaced utilities and light-current networks, etc. Early in May, the changing and locker areas were made available for the employees of three shops: Catalytic Processing Shop No. 2, Heavy Still Bottoms Processing Shop No. 3 and Commercial Products Shop No. 4. The employees from other organizational units will be provided with the changing and locker areas later. Besides, an entry check point was constructed in a detached wing of the former administrative building. The new entry check point will increase the staff pass through capacity fourfold.
  2. A meeting of the Council of Employees was held on May 6, 2016 to appoint representatives of the Council for participation in the collective negotiations on drafting Additional Agreement No. 4 to the Collective Agreement between JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery and employees of JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery represented by the Council of Employees of JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery for the years 2014-2017. A resolution was passed to nominate Gunbin A.V., Aleshchenko M.P., Somov P.V. and Aliev S.G. to the Committee to hold collective negotiations on the drafting amendments to the Collective Agreement. The negotiations were held on May 16, 2016. Additional Agreement No.4 came into effect on May 27, 2016.
    Additional Agreement No. 4 includes the renaming of the “extra days of leave” as provided by the Collective Agreement to the “extra days of rest” as well as specification (amendment) of the terms and conditions of payment of bonuses and benefits and determination of the amount of bonuses.
    The above amendments will facilitate prompt execution of necessary documents and unambiguous interpretation of separate paragraphs.
  3. A meeting of the Council of Employees was held on May 16, 2016. The attendees considered the candidates from the company organizational units for awarding on the occasion of the occupational festive dates. It was decided to recommend 2 employees of JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery for being awarded with the Letter of Thanks issued by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation to acknowledge the work achievements and on occasion of the Day of the Oil and Gas Industry. Besides, it was decided to recommend 1 employee of JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery for being awarded with the Letter of Thanks issued by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation to acknowledge the work achievements and on the occasion of the personal jubilee.
  4. The representatives of the Council of Employees took part in the Contest Committee of the corporate contest “The Best in the Profession”. The contest for the drivers from JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery was held in May.
  5. The members of the Council of Employees held in a number of events on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the Great Patriotic War:
    • On May 6, 2016, the members of the Youth Affairs Committee congratulated 47 veterans of the war and labor front and widows of the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, who live in the settlement of Antipino, and gave them food presents purchased for the donations made by the employees of JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery. Almost 100 thousand rubles were collected.
    • On May 7, 2016, with the support of the Council of Employees, a guided tour to the historic battlefields of Tyumen “Citizens of Tyumen - for the Front” was organized for the children of the employees of JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery.
    • The Cultural Affairs Committee of the of the Council of Employees of JSC Antipinsky Oil Refinery organized a guided tour to the historic battlefields of Tyumen for 39 foster children from the Borki Children’s Home.
  6. The Sports Affairs Committee continued its effective sports activity:
    • The members of the Committee prepared the street basketball competition among men’s and women’s teams. The event took place on May 20, 2016 as part of the Х Olympics of the labor collectives of Tyumen region.
    • The mini-soccer tournament was held. The final event took place May 24, 2016. The team from Mechanical Repair Shop took the first position. The team from Catalytic Processing Shop No. 2 was on the second position and the team from Commercial Products Shop No. 4 was on the third position.
  7. The Cultural Affairs Committee held a number of events:
    • On May 27, 2016, «What? Where? When?», an intellectual game for the organizational units of the company, was held. The team from the Chief Power Engineer’s Service was on the first position, the team of Commercial Products Shop No. 4 was on the second position and the team from the Personnel Department was on the third position. The event was welcomed and it was decided to discuss the question of quarterly schedule of the intellectual games at the next meeting of the Сouncil of Employees.
    • Lists of families who wish to take part in the corporate event “My Mother, My Father and Me: We are a Sports Family” were made expecting the Children’s Day. The event is scheduled for June 4, 2016.

March

  1. The Council of Employees together with the administration representatives held 4 meetings with the staff of the refinery’s subdivisions. The meeting heard the petitions submitted by the refinery’s employees.
    Specifically, employees of the Mechanical Repair Shops proposed that the possibility of organizing dry-cleaning services at the refinery be considered. At one of the meeting, employees requested that the possibility of introducing additional discounts at filling stations run by the Antipinsky Oil Refinery’s partner company New Petrol be examined.

    After receiving the petitions, responsible persons proceeded to study them and promised to inform the employees on the progress reviewing the aforesaid issues.
  2. On March 17, additional elections to the Council of Employees were held in connection with Natalia Sergeevna Ustyuzhaninova’s resignation from the Council for family reasons. A new Council member, Anna Sergeevna Bannova, a technician with Feed and Product Farm No. 4, was elected by secret ballot.
    By Council resolution Anna Sergeevna was made a member of the Cultural Affairs Commission and appointed secretary of the Council of Employees on a full time basis.
  3. The Council of Employees together with representatives of the Antipinsky Oil Refinery administration developed the terms and procedure for the “Best in the Profession” contest. In March, the contest was held among process unit operators and loading operators.

February

  1. The Occupational Safety, Welfare and Amenity Commission conducted a working conditions audit in lunch and change rooms of Catalytic Process Shop No.
  2. With the EF support, a factory-wide photographic contest titled “Antipinsky Oil Refinery – Around the World” was launched at the refinery. It will continue through the end of September 2016.
  3. On February 27, with the support of the Council Youth Commission, a corporate event celebrating the Defender of the Motherland Day (February 23) and Women’s Day (March 8) was held at Zdorovie Cultural and Recreational Center: men’s and women’s teams took part in the quest titled “Love and the City” and the ski race.
  4. With the Council of Employees participation, preparations for the refinery-wide ”Best in the Profession” contest were commenced. The contest is scheduled for March – May 2016.

January

  1. At the end of the year, the Council of Employees finalized the results of its activities in 2015 and drafted the Council’s activity plan for 2016 including:
    • monthly schedules of working conditions audits at the refinery’s subdivisions;
    • schedule of preparations for and holding of sports and cultural events for the refinery’s employees;
    • schedule of contests celebrating national holidays and important dates: Victory Day, Children’s Day, Refinery’s birthday, New Year.
  2. The Occupational Safety, Welfare and Amenity Commission conducted a working conditions audit in lunch and change rooms of Catalytic Process Shop No. 1.
  3. A resolution was made to set up a Youth commission under the Council of Employees, whereof relevant regulations were drawn up. The members of the new commission include A.Goonbin, A. Kioroglo, N. Semenova, E. Serdyuk.
  4. On January 30, with the support of the Council Youth Commission, a festival titled “Winter Picnic-2016” was held for the Antipinsky Oil Refinery employees and their families. The highlights of the event were the fishing tournament for dads and the quest for kids.
