Born January 25, 1976, at the Baikonur Cosmodrome, in Leninsk.

Graduated from V.I. Ulyanov-Lenin Kazan State University with radiophysics as his major.

1998 to 2005 - partner and business coordinator in commercial companies engaged in supply, processing and sales (including export) in petrochemicals and oil products.

Founded Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC in June 2004. Constructed and put into operation phase I facilities (November 2006) and phase II facilities of the refinery (April 2010) together with his team.

Currently Mr. Mazurov is Chairman of the Board of Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC.

He deals with the matters of corporate and external policy of the company as regards business affairs and investment issues as well as determines strategic priorities of the company.
