Born on February 15, 1951, in Uzungul settlement of the Novosibirsk Region.

In 1975 graduated from Sverdlovsk Law Institute as lawyer.

1975 to 1993 - employed by prosecution authorities of the Russian Federation.

1993 to 2003 - Head of commercial entities engaged in oil processing.

2004 till present - Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC, General Director.

In 2006 Mr. Lisovichenko was elected Member of the Board of Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC.

He provides for real-time management and development of the company and ensure implementation of the company’s business plans.
