In 1992 graduated from Moscow Finance Academy as accountant-economist.

1994 to 2005 - employed by companies engaged in oil and gas condensate processing. Career history includes employment by Bashkir and Belorussian oil refineries.

In 2006 Mr. Bereshchansky was elected Member of the Board of Antipinsky Oil Refinery CJSC.

He is in charge of organization and optimization of stock and product flows. Deals with strategic planning of the company’s business.
