This is one of the goals for a developing company. In perspective, the plant intends to meet the needs for diesel fuel of the south of Tyumen Region.

Gas oil and gas tar are planned to be supplied to petrochemical and rubberoid plants to neighbouring regions of Urals Federal District. During three years after start up of the first and the second lines of production, the refinery has been planning to introduce the diesel fuel hydrotreatment and ensure compliance with acting Russian GOSTs and even stronger world standards .
